Cancellations & Refunds
We aim to provide high-quality learning experiences. Please read our refund policy before enrolling:
Refunds
‣ Once enrolled and course access is granted, no refund will be issued.
‣ Refunds will only be considered if a technical error caused a duplicate payment.
Cancellations
‣ Course registrations cannot be canceled once processed.
‣ Kalra Dental Academy may cancel or reschedule a course in rare cases — in such events, full refunds or alternate access will be offered.
Transfers
‣ Transfer of enrollment to another participant or batch is not permitted unless pre-approved by the Academy.
Live Session Attendance
‣ Missed live sessions will not be refunded. Recordings (if offered) will be shared based on course terms.
